
Refugee Family Sponsorship in Ireland
If you are granted Refugee Status or Subsidiary Protection, you may apply for family reunification within one year of receiving your status.
Who Can Be Sponsored?
✔️ Spouse or Civil Partner (provided the marriage or partnership existed before your asylum application).
✔️ Unmarried Children Under 18 (biological, adopted, or stepchildren).
✔️ Parents & Siblings (only if you were granted protection as a minor under 18).
Applications must be made to the Minister for Justice and Equality within the first year of receiving protection.
