Initial Permission and Renewal Process
- Granted for 12 months initially.
- Renewable after the first year on a Stamp 4D basis.
- Subsequent renewals:

✔️ 3-year extension after the second renewal.
Who Can Apply for Stamp 4D?
To qualify for Stamp 4D residency, the applicant must be one of the following in relation to the British National sponsor or their spouse/partner:
